I have posted the distance calendar for April on the “Training” section of the website. Please stick to the calendar over spring break and be ready for some serious racing when we get back!

Woodland Invite Cancelled!

NEWS

Welcome to our news section, this is where we will post current news for our track athletes. We will post items that they need to know for practice and meets.

We will update the news every so often to catch up on important things.

The Woodland Invite has been cancelled due to the weather.

We’ll try to reschedule that meet for April 18, 2009.

We will also try to reschedule the cancelled Kell Tri meet and maybe try to schedule another meet for next week.

There is not much we can do thanks to the weather, but let’s try to stay positive and get ready for our next competition.

Our fund raising (Coke sale) is due Monday and Tuesday of next week. Let’s try to get this done, so we can finish and use the $ for our team and program.

Everyone has been doing very well with training, keep it up!

Allatoona Running Shirts

Another reminder about the Allatoona Running shirts that I have for sale. These are for anybody (track athletes, XC athletes or parents). These are Asics Core technical running shirts that retail for $30 I have red and black long sleeve and some red short sleeve shirts. If you want one, email me (holmgal@mindspring.com). I’ll take cash or checks made out to Alex Holmgren. $25 for LS and $20 for SS. Here are the quantities that I still have for each shirt:

On another note, the Red and Black meet has been moved to Friday 2/27.
